Qualifications

• Approximately three to five years of demonstrated progression in related experience.
• Knowledge of credit union operations and retail delivery services.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team and coach employees.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research member inquiries to increase sales and member satisfaction.
• Identify and maximize use of credit union services by each member.
• Ensure facilities are well kept and maintained.
• Travel as needed to promote Credit Union membership.
• Comply with all policies and procedures of the credit union related to branch operations and member transactions.
