Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and direct staff leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, modify and assure compliance with the annual business plan to ensure profitability of the unit.
• Direct and organize reservations and pickups; build vendor relationships.
• Develop location strategies to maximize profitability and revenue management opportunities.
• Handle or assist in resolution of customer service issues.
• Coach staff and empower problem resolution and customer relations.
• Attend/host outside sales events to promote the company and branch location.
• Lead KPI reviews and monthly business reviews with staff.
