You will drive staff performance, manage scheduling, client intake, budgeting, and referrals while building relationships with healthcare providers to grow the branch.

Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within the healthcare sector.
- In-depth knowledge of home care regulations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in team management and business growth.
