Allegiant Home Care is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the New York branch, ensuring compliant operations and high-quality home care delivery. You will oversee staff, coordinate scheduling, and drive growth in referrals while maintaining a patient-centered approach.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of home care experience, an associate degree (preferred), and a strong understanding of LHCSA regulations and reimbursement practices. Hybrid work environment offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of home care experience is required.
• Knowledge of home care standards, policies, and reimbursement practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient delivery of home care services.
• Maintain compliance with New York State Department of Health LHCSA regulations and agency policies.
• Supervise office staff, schedulers, and field staff (caregivers, nurses, home health aides).
• Coach and mentor branch staff; conduct weekly staff meetings to align on updates and challenges.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure quality documentation and caregiver oversight.
• Support referral growth and financial targets for the branch.
• Address client concerns promptly and escalate to Executive Director when necessary.
