Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of management experience from heavy equipment/truck dealerships or industrial cleaning/utility construction firms.
• Experience managing branch P&L including revenue growth, expense control, budgeting, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable performance.
• Maintain full responsibility for branch P&L, including revenue growth, expense control, budgeting, and profitability.
• Oversee fleet utilization, scheduling, and equipment availability to maximize operational efficiency.
• Lead, develop, and supervise branch employees, including operators, drivers, mechanics, and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, DOT regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Coordinate dispatching, logistics, and service delivery to meet customer needs and maximize productivity.
• Partner with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly inspected, maintained, and repaired.
• Resolve customer, employee, and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate operational, safety, and financial records and reporting.
