The role emphasizes relationship building with customers, adherence to OSHA and quality standards, and collaboration with sales to win new business. A strong operations and leadership track record is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' operations or service management experience required.
• DOT medical certification or ability to obtain within designated timeframe.
• Occasional DOT driving and route coverage; meet eligibility requirements.
• Sales experience strongly preferred; financial acumen / P&L experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, growth and profitability of the market.
• Oversee staffing, training, safety, quality, service, and customer retention.
• Lead staff development, coaching, and performance improvement.
• Develop local sales and marketing plans with Sales team.
• Ensure compliance with quality, OSHA, safety and company policies.
• Drive customer negotiation and retention, and optimize staffing levels.
