JPMorganChase is seeking a Branch Manager for our Chase branch in Columbia, SC. You will lead all aspects of the branch, coach a team, grow deposits and investments, and deliver the highest level of client service in a welcoming environment.

You will collaborate with specialists to address clients’ financial needs, ensure strong risk controls, and represent the brand with hospitality, technology solutions, and community engagement. Weekend and evening hours may apply.

Formación

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience maintaining risk and control environment.
• Comfort with leveraging technology to serve clients.

Responsabilidades

• Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our company's culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence.
• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
