This role requires strong leadership, a focus on risk and controls, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. You will engage with local businesses and use Chase's latest banking solutions and technology to meet client needs.

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.

• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and engage with the community.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by following policies and exercising sound judgment.
