Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all aspects of branch operations, including safety, efficiency, and profitability. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, or equivalent combination of landscape maintenance/construction industry experience and education
• 3-5 years of management experience in landscaping, operations, or service-based industry
• Proven ability to manage P&L and understand financial reports
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and compliance practices
• Proven leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance
• Oversee delivery of operational services and supervise teams for high-quality performance
• Maintain branch facilities and equipment for a professional and safe environment
• Ensure proper usage and accountability of tools and resources
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet growth targets
• Manage and support the sales team to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Engage in local marketing, events, and networking to expand brand visibility
• Supervise teams to deliver high-quality services and customer experiences
• Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
• Monitor client feedback and implement service improvements
• Manage branch P&L, revenue, expenses, and forecasting
• Ensure timely billing and collections to support cash flow
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through cross-selling
• Track performance against KPIs and drive profitability
• Promote a culture of safety and accountability
