Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience and 2+ years of management experience.
• Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI in the last 10 years.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct branch activities to meet or exceed sales and margin targets while ensuring timely and accurate completion of required branch reporting.
• Oversee daily employee activities in alignment with Linde’s Leadership values, fostering a productive, collaborative, and safety‑focused work environment.
• Guide staff in meeting safety standards and delivering exceptional, customer‑centered service.
• Provide proactive training and development, strengthening team capabilities and building strong customer relationships through prompt issue resolution.
• Manage staff scheduling and operational workflows to maximize efficiency and monitor inventory levels to meet customer needs and support sales objectives.
