Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; an Associate’s Degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
• More than two (2+) years of retail sales experience and more than two (2+) years of management experience.
• Clean driving history with no DUI/DWI in the past ten years; ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct branch activities to meet or exceed sales and margin targets and ensure timely branch reporting.
• Oversee daily employee activities, aligning with leadership values to foster a productive, collaborative, safety‑focused environment.
• Guide staff in meeting safety standards and delivering customer‑centered service.
• Provide proactive training and development to strengthen team capabilities and customer relationships.
• Manage staff scheduling and workflows to maximize efficiency and monitor inventory to meet customer needs.
