Job summary

Linde plc in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Branch Supervisor to coordinate daily operations, meet sales and margin targets, and ensure accurate branch reporting.

You will lead a team, uphold safety standards, train staff, and foster strong customer relationships while optimizing schedules and inventory to support sales goals.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience (2+ years) and management experience (2+ years) required.
• Clean driving history with no DUI/DWI in past 10 years.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong customer engagement and team leadership skills.

• A clean driving history, with no DUI, DWI, or alcohol‑related drivingconvictions within the past ten (10) years is required
• You are able to lift 50lbs

Pay range: $30.26 - $44.39 hourly, based on experience
