Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED; an Associate’s Degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience and 2+ years of management experience.
• A clean driving history, with no DUI, DWI, or alcohol-related driving convictions within the past ten years is required.
• Able to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct branch activities to meet or exceed sales and margin targets while ensuring timely and accurate completion of required branch reporting.
• Oversee daily employee activities in alignment with Linde’s Leadership values, fostering a productive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment.
• Guide staff in meeting safety standards and delivering exceptional, customer-centered service.
• Provide proactive and ongoing training and development, strengthening team capabilities and building strong customer relationships through prompt issue resolution.
• Manage staff scheduling and operational workflows to maximize efficiency, while monitoring inventory levels to meet customer needs and support sales objectives.
