Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in branch operations.
• Minimum two years previous supervisory experience.
• Must have at least 1 years of consumer lending.

Responsibilities

• Supervise branch personnel to assure a trained, motivated and professional staff.
• Develop a Branch Business Plan identifying market opportunities to acquire new members.
• Branch goals are co-developed with management and coached on sales results and member service.
• Ensure branch staff balance transactions and maintain required documentation.
• Provide training and guidance on Episys, Synapsys, Synergy, Appro, and Microsoft.
