Job summary

Apple Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Leesburg, VA. The role supports the Branch Manager to coordinate daily branch operations and deliver superior member service. You’ll perform Member Advisor duties, cross-sell products, and supervise staff to achieve service and sales goals.

The position requires 3–5 years of branch experience, strong knowledge of teller/loan policies, and a commitment to The Apple Way values. Employment type is full‑time at the Leesburg branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree plus three years of branch/financial-institution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day branch operations under supervision of Branch Manager.
• Perform duties of Member Advisor, Teller/MSR, and Branch Manager as needed.
• Supervise MSR Is, MSR IIs, and Member Advisors to ensure quality service and goals are met.
• Provide information about Credit Union products and services and assist with onboarding and cross‑selling.
