Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee district operations, drive growth, and deliver exemplary customer experiences. You will lead the management team, hire top talent, and align staffing with branch goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• 5–7 years Branch Manager or equivalent level experience.
• Strong attention to detail with background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Pest control industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and participate in rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the Branch.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, communicate, and delegate responsibilities to operations and service management for smooth branch flow.
• Drive implementation of programs by supporting the district's management team.
• Review environments and business indicators to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Support and audit operations, sales, and office leadership as needed.
