Job summary

Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a Branch Manager in Middleburg, VA to oversee daily branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance through strong controls and risk management.

You will lead and coach branch teams to meet sales, service, and community goals, build client relationships, and implement enterprise strategies at the local level to promote customer loyalty and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Typically requires 4+ years prior leadership experience, and demonstrates practical knowledge in managing and leading within a job area
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift objects up to 30lbs

Responsibilities

• Directing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing risk, and maintaining strong operational controls
• Leading, developing, and coaching branch teams to achieve sales, service, and community engagement goals
• Driving branch growth, strengthening client relationships, and stewarding the bank's presence
• Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders
