Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 5% for team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead and mentor staff; train and develop Loan Specialists.
• Drive profitability and establish branch growth through community engagement.
• Handle loan applications and approve or coordinate decisions.
• Assist Loan Specialists with loan processing and collections calls.
