Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Assume leadership of an entire operation upon completion of training.
• Demonstrate leadership development of others, including evaluations and coaching opportunities.
• Exemplify a service mindset to deliver customer retention results.
• Inspire your team to deliver top‑notch service and continual improvement.
• Drive revenue growth, monitor daily activities, and hold teams accountable for results.
• Manage a Profit and Loss statement and balance growth with margins.
