• Lead all aspects of branch performance, drive revenue and customer loyalty.

• Coach team to deliver a differentiated client experience in an omni-channel environment.
• Develop talent through onboarding, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure risk management and regulatory compliance across branch operations.
