Qualifications

3+ years of related experience or product knowledge typically required.
No degree required; equivalent education/experience considered.
Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory guidelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of branch performance, drive revenue, and enhance customer loyalty.
Utilize a branded sales process to achieve targets and expand share of wallet.
Coach staff to deliver a differentiated client experience across omni‑channel interactions.
