Qualifications

• Willingness to register with NMLS where required.
• Must be available for travel to other FAB locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage daily activities of branch employees and assess performance.
• Promote teamwork and lead sales and service activities at the branch.
• Coach and develop staff with actionable objectives and training.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet financial goals.
• Be an ambassador for First American Bank and grow client relationships.
• Lead risk management, compliance, and internal controls at the branch.
• Coordinate with internal units to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Handle branch opening/closing procedures and cash operations.
• Maintain branch appearance, security, and audit readiness.
