• 3+ years experience managing employees.
• Previous experience as Branch Manager for a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company.
• Experience with CargoWise is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full P+L responsibility.
• Oversee both international and domestic operations for the Branch.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and review for all staff.
• Build and grow relationships with existing and new business.
• Create Business plan for the Branch to achieve continuous growth.
