You will lead a team, supervise staff, manage inventory, handle pricing and quotations, and take P&L responsibility to deliver measurable results for the region.

This role requires strong leadership, reliability, and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and local market conditions.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years in a sales/supervisory capacity is a must, preferably at an electrical distributor.
• Business, construction and/or electrical industry exposure is a must.
• Flexible and adaptable to business needs and conditions.
• Possess and demonstrate effective leadership skills.
• Passion to continuallyimprove processes and relationships.
• Proficiencyin Outlook, Word, Excel and the ability to use an ERP.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manages and develops accounts to maximize sales.
• Train, supervise and coach employees in products and selling skills.
• Delegates and assigns duties for smooth operation of the facility.
• Responsible for inventory control.
• Provides customer quotations and product information.
• Set measurable goals and evaluate achievement; P&L responsibility.
