Job summary

Precision Pump and Valve (PPV), an MCE Company, seeks a Branch Manager for its Midland, TX location. You will direct daily branch operations, manage staff, and drive profitability while delivering top-tier customer service and building strong client relationships in the Permian Basin.

Ideal candidates have hands-on branch/operations leadership, strong sales and people development skills, and the ability to collaborate with district leadership to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on leadership and branch/operations management experience.
• Strong sales and customer service instincts with proven accountability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail oriented and organized.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; degree or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Midland branch operations and staff to ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-focused service.
• Collaborate with district and regional leadership to set sales, retail, and operational goals.
• Establish performance standards based on financial and regulatory requirements; ensure profitability.
• Develop and lead the team through training, onboarding, and performance management.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and pursue new business in the Midland market.
