Greenix is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Crystal Lake team and drive branch growth in a fast-growing pest control business.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous management experience is required.
• Experience with reporting software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team operates effectively and delivers World Class Service.
• Collaborate with branch staff to ensure timely work for customers.
• Oversee branch operations including training, compliance, HR, and sales.
• Demonstrate hands-on leadership to expand and grow the business.
• Handle routes from call-offs and perform office duties on select days, plus field visits with the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring the team is working effectively, operating proficiently, and maintaining World Class Service
• Works closely with its branch employees to ensure that quality and timely work is delivered to every customer
• Oversees branch operations including the management of training, compliance, human resource activities, and sales
• Have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business
• Complete any routes from call-offs, perform office duties on Monday and Friday, and perform full-day visits with team members out in the field

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Driver's License
• High School Degree or Equivalent required
• Previous Management experience
• Pest Control experience is a plus
• Experience with reporting software
