Job summary

Greenix Holdings, LLC is hiring Pest Control Service Technicians in Tennessee. No experience required; training provided. The role focuses on protecting homes and families, with emphasis on safety, effective communication, and service quality.

You will perform pesticide applications, document services, and drive a company vehicle while building strong customer relationships. A valid driver’s license, background check, and licensing steps are required.

Qualifications

• No direct experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass Background, Motor Vehicle Report, and Drug Screen.
• Able to lift equipment backpack up to 50 lbs.
• Able to complete the state pesticide applicator licensing process.

• Document services performed according to company standards and applicable laws and regulations.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment according to company policy, maintaining proper condition.
• Drive company vehicle to customer locations.

• Communicate effectively with customers about their service, including updates to plans and service schedules.
• Respond quickly to customer and office requests.
• Assist in sales activities – ensure customers have the most complete Pest Control and Animal Management services.

You will be trained on how to effectively communicate additional service solutions to customers. Extensive inspections for all services are expected and all possible solutions must be proposed to the customer if an issue is found."

Schedule: Monday-Friday, some Saturdays may be required.

What You Will Do

Who You Are

• Demonstrate a high level of accountability and responsibility.
• Outstanding relationship builder with substantial communication skills.
• No direct experience required.
• High School or Equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have and maintain a Valid Driver’s License.
• Will need to pass Background, Motor Vehicle Report, and Drug Screen.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, tight spaces, elevated heights.
• Ability to work with stinging and/or biting pests.
• Ability to read and write notes clearly.
• Be able to lift equipment backpack, up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to successfully complete the state pesticide applicator licensing process.
• Able to handle, mix, spray pesticides, and the chemicals associated with the job.
