Job summary

Greenix Holdings, LLC is seeking Pest Control Service Technicians in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will apply pesticides safely, document services, and drive to customer locations while building lasting relationships with customers and teammates.

No prior experience is required, though sales experience is preferred. The role includes training on communicating additional service solutions and staying compliant with all laws and company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have and maintain a Valid Driver’s License.
• Must pass Background, Motor Vehicle Report, and Drug Screen.
• Ability to lift equipment backpack up to 50 lbs.
• Able to complete the state pesticide applicator licensing process.
• No direct experience required.
• High School or Equivalent preferred but not required.

Our Pest Control Service Technicians are the lifeblood of the business and key to building lasting relationships with our customers. No experience required, but sales experience is preferred. You will be trained on how to effectively communicate additional service solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Safely apply pesticides according to company standards, label instructions, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Document services performed according to company standards and applicable laws and regulations.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment according to company policy, maintaining proper condition.
• Drive company vehicle to customer locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with teammates and customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers about their service, including updates to plans and service schedules.
• Respond quickly to customer and office requests.
• Assist in sales activities to ensure customers have the most complete Pest Control and Animal Management services.
• Conduct extensive inspections for all services; propose all possible solutions to customers if an issue is found.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a high level of accountability and responsibility.
• Outstanding relationship builder with substantial communication skills.
• No direct experience required.
• High School or Equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have and maintain a Valid Driver’s License.
• Must pass Background, Motor Vehicle Report, and Drug Screen.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and elevated heights.
• Ability to work with stinging and/or biting pests.
• Ability to read and write notes clearly.
• Be able to lift equipment backpack up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to successfully complete the state pesticide applicator licensing process.
• Able to handle, mix, spray pesticides, and the chemicals associated with the job.
