Qualifications

• Requires a college degree and 2+ years in branch banking or retail management.
• Strong customer service and management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the overall performance and operations of the branch, including loans, deposits, and service quality.
• Serve as the primary business development officer, expanding existing relationships and calling on clients.
• Provide sales leadership for the branch, overseeing inside and outside sales.
• Direct branch activities and maintain risk management and security compliance.
• Extending credit to businesses and individuals across various loan types.
• Engage with the community and support development and relationships.
