Job summary

GardaWorld Cash Services in Mobile, AL is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee armored transportation and cash processing facilities. The role requires strong leadership, security awareness and P&L management experience, with knowledge of DOT guidelines.

Responsibilities include supervising branch staff, recruiting/training, enforcing policies, coordinating vehicle operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 5 years of management experience in transportation or related field.
• Must ensure compliance with DOT guidelines and state/county guard and weapons requirements.
• Ability to recruit, train, coach, and counsel employees and manage staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all branch employees including supervisors, drivers/messengers, and vault staff.
• Recruit and train new employees.
• Reward, coach, and counsel employees as needed.
• Ensure employee qualifications with DOT guidelines and state guard requirements.
• Coordinate daily vehicle assignments and maintain vehicle safety.
• Supervise vault personnel and assist as needed.
• Fill in on armored or ATM routes when required.
• Lead ongoing training and development of team members.
• Maintain an acceptable driving record.
