We are currently seeking a dynamic Branch Manager I to join our team and help drive our mission forward.
The Branch Manager I is responsible for leading branch operations, developing a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional member experience. This role ensures policies and procedures are followed while driving growth, strengthening relationships, and supporting the financial well-being of our members.
- Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to drive performance, accountability, and engagement

- Ensure accuracy in cash handling, daily balancing, and operational controls
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control
- Monitor industry trends to keep products and services competitive
- Leadership experience in banking, credit union, or financial services

Experience: 1-3 years of similar or related experience
Education: (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) a completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program
Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 50lbs.
