Job summary

Community First Bank of Indiana is seeking a branch leader to open and grow our newest branch. You will lead and develop the branch team, drive exceptional customer service, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, and engage with the local community to strengthen our footprint.

The role emphasizes strong communication, team development, and strategic outreach to expand the branch's presence in the community.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years banking experience required.
• 3+ years of managerial experience required.
