Job summary

Linde plc in Pennsylvania is seeking a Branch Manager to coordinate and direct branch activities, drive sales and margin targets, and ensure timely, accurate reporting. You will lead daily operations, oversee staff, and foster a safety‑focused, customer‑centric culture while building strong customer relationships through proactive service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in retail sales and 2+ years in management, a clean driving history, and the ability to lift 50

• High school diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s Degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, with 2+ years in management
• Clean driving history with no DUI/DWI convictions in the past ten years
• Able to lift 50 lbs
