Mercury Hampton Ltd in Woodland, CA seeks a commercially focused Branch Manager to lead sales, operations, safety, and P&L across the local branch. You'll manage teams, grow revenue, drive customer relationships, and ensure high standards of safety and service while delivering branch profitability and growth.

This role reports to the Area Manager and offers a competitive package with a salary up to $130,000 plus a bonus OTE $170,000, a company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in business, branch, or operational management.
• A proven track record of managing P&L responsibility and delivering against performance targets.
• Strong experience hiring, training, motivating, and developing employees.
• A degree or equivalent operational leadership experience within construction, industrial services, or a related sector.
• A sound understanding of business planning and accounting principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• A full, valid driving licence.
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and wider safety regulations, which would be advantageous.

They are now seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the performance, profitability, and continued growth of one of their operational branches. The role
