Job summary
Omega Morgan in Texas is expanding and seeking a Branch Manager to establish and lead a new Central Texas operation. This greenfield opportunity is about building the team, developing customer relationships, and establishing operating rhythms that enable safe, reliable project execution.
You will own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and performance across safety, operations, sales, and people. Travel within the market and extended hours may be required as projects demand.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of operations, project, or branch leadership experience in industrial services.
- Direct experience in rigging, heavy haul, crane, machinery moving, logistics, or a closely related operating environment.
- Experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, and operational performance.
- Demonstrated safety leadership.
- Experience leading field crews, supervisors, project managers, salespeople, or cross-functional operating teams.
- Strong customer-development, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the market and work extended hours when operational needs require it.
