Job summary

Omega Morgan is seeking an experienced Foreman in New Braunfels, TX to lead industrial field projects. You will assign work, supervise crews, read and create lifting plans, and keep safety at the forefront on customer sites.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of related experience, strong rigging knowledge, and the ability to travel, work weekends, and adapt to varied schedules. Hands-on leadership and strict safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent education and experience.
• Approximately 4–5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Strong working knowledge of rigging practices.
• Ability to read and create drawings and lifting plans.
• Ability to lead, assign, and prioritize crew work.
• Ability to enforce safety procedures consistently.
• Ability to travel, work out of town, work weekends, and work overtime as required.
• Ability to work effectively at customer locations.

What You’ll Own
