Position Overview

As a Teller/Member Service Representative , you'll be a key part of our Saukville Branch team, helping members with everyday banking needs while delivering the welcoming, personalized service they expect from Kohler Credit Union.

This position is a great fit for candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, restaurant service, retail, sales, customer relations, guest services, cash handling, or customer-facing positions. The communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills you've developed in these industries can translate directly into success!

You'll assist members with financial transactions, answer account questions, introduce digital banking tools, and connect members with products and services that support their financial goals.

Qualifications
