Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Branch Manager responsible for guiding the district, developing the management team, and delivering legendary customer experiences. You will interview applicants, plan responsibilities, and drive company programs while monitoring branch performance and staff needs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5–7 years in a branch leadership role, with travel and on-call duties. Licensing as needed and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• 5–7 years Branch Manager or equivalent level position.
• Travel flexibility and rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.

• Interview job applicants and select top candidates and monitor staffing needs.

• Review environments and key business indicators to identify problems and coach teams to actions.
• Play a supporting and auditing role with operations, sales, and office leadership.
