Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Branch Manager to oversee district operations, lead the management team, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

You will drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while coordinating staffing and operational initiatives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5–7 years of management experience, and the ability to travel and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• Experience leading teams to growth, productivity, and profitability.
• Strong attention to detail with leadership, sales, and customer-experience focus.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel and participate in rotating on-call schedule.
