Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a district and drive growth, productivity, and profitability while delivering legendary customer experiences.

You will develop the management team, recruit top candidates, and implement strategic plans that align with company programs. This role requires travel, on-call readiness, and adherence to licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• 5–7 years Branch Manager or equivalent level experience.
• Strong attention to detail with background in management, sales, training, and relationship development.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex environment.
• Pest control industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and participate in rotating on-call schedule.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability for the Branch.
• Interview job applicants and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan and delegate key responsibilities to operations and service teams for smooth branch operations.
• Drive the implementation of company programs and initiatives across the district.
• Review district environments and business indicators to identify improvements and coach teams.
• Play a supporting/auditing role with operations, sales, and office leadership.
