Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the district, develop the management team, and deliver legendary customer experiences.

You will interview applicants, plan staffing, and drive program implementation while coaching operations and service management to meet goals. A travel-ready schedule and on-call responsibilities are required to support a growing pest-control business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• At least five to seven years Branch Manager or equivalent level experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to travel and on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the Branch.
• Interview job applicants and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to the operations and service management team.
• Drive the implementation of company programs and initiatives within the district.
• Review environments and key business indicators to coach teams to improve operations.
