Security Finance is seeking a hands-on leader to motivate a branch team and assist customers with financial needs, both over the phone and in person. You will be the connection between the branch, the community, and customers, driving goals while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates bring prior management and customer service experience, bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities, and knowledge of lending regulations. A valid driver’s license and reliable car are required.

• Fluently communicate in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
