Community First Bank in Richland Center, WI is seeking a Branch Manager who can lead from the front. You will work closely with your team, engage with customers, and help grow the bank's presence in the community.

You will coach and develop a strong retail team, build lasting relationships, identify financial solutions for clients, and participate in local outreach to drive growth while delivering outstanding service.

Community First Bank in Richland Center, WI, is looking for a Branch Manager who is ready to lead from the front.

This isn't a position where you simply manage the day-to-day operations of a branch. Our Branch Managers are actively involved with their employees, customers and communities.

As a Branch Manager, you'll lead and develop your retail team while building relationships with customers and helping grow CFB's presence in the community. You'll work alongside your team, get to know customers and their financial needs, and look for opportunities to make connections that matter.
