Job summary

Community First Credit Union in Wrightstown is seeking a Branch Manager for our new Wrightstown location to lead daily operations, grow member relationships, and empower a service-driven team.

You will oversee deposits and loans, coach staff, ensure exceptional member experiences, and help our member-owners achieve their financial goals through a cooperative, member-first culture. This role offers the chance to shape service standards in a growing community and participate in community outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in banking, business, management, or related field.

• Coach and develop your team. Provide training, performance feedback, and leadership that helps every employee thrive in serving our members.
• Engage in the community. Represent CFCU locally and build lasting connections that demonstrate the cooperative difference.
• Deliver hands‑on service. From teller transactions to loans, step in where needed to ensure members always experience the highest level of care.

What you’ll do as a Branch Manager at CFCU:

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in banking, business, management, or related field
• 5+ years of banking, member service, experience; 2+ years in leadership
• Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and financial services platforms
• Above all: a passion for helping people and advancing the credit union’s member‑first mission

Branch Hours:

Drive‑up: Mon–Fri 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Lobby: Mon–Wed 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Thu–Fri 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Sat 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. This position follows our branch hours, including a rotating Saturday schedule.
