Job summary

Abell Pest Control Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager in Ohio to lead daily branch operations, directing Route Managers and driving growth.

You will be responsible for setting objectives, delegating tasks, and ensuring performance standards are met to deliver superior customer service. The role emphasizes leadership, administration, and effective communication to coordinate contracts, rentals, and product/service delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive pest control experience preferred.
• Strong management background required.
• Proficiency with administration and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Branch.
• Supervise and direct Route Managers.
• Achieve quotas for contracts, rentals, and products/equipment.
• Improve client relations through regular liaison and inspections.
• Lead training and development, inventory management, and sales/service support.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.

The Opportunity Position: Branch Manager

You will provide leadership to the Route Managers through effective objective setting, delegation and communication. You are also responsible for performance management and taking corrective action.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Branch
• Supervise and direct the activities of Route Managers
• Responsible for profit and contractual gain
• Responsible to ensure that set quotas for contracts, rentals and product/equipment are achieved
• Improve quality and ensure positive customer relationships through regular client liaison and random inspections of accounts
• Responsible for training and development, inventory management, sales and service support to team members
• Responsible to comply with, administer and insist on Company policies and procedures being adhered to
