Hirsch Pipe & Supply Co. is seeking an energetic Branch Manager to lead a busy team, grow sales, and deliver exceptional customer service for our local branch.

You will coach staff, manage inventory, optimize operations, and drive profitability while building strong relationships with contractors and customers. This role requires hands-on leadership, a track record of meeting sales targets, and the ability to work in a fast-paced wholesale plumbing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in plumbing or wholesale.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing products, supplies, and industry trends.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.

As Branch Manager, you’ll take ownership of the overall success of the branch, balancing sales growth, customer service, team development, inventory, operations, and profitability.
