Hirsch Pipe & Supply in Southern California is seeking an energetic, hands-on Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service across our branch network. You will own branch performance, coach staff, manage inventory, and foster relationships with contractors to grow profitability.

5+ years in management and deep plumbing knowledge are required, with a proven sales track record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a management role, preferably in plumbing/wholesale.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing products, supplies, and industry trends.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and financial analysis.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

As Branch Manager, you’ll take ownership of the overall success of the branch, balancing sales growth, customer service, team development, inventory, operations, and profitability.
