Job summary

Hirsch Pipe & Supply Co. is seeking a Driver/Sales Trainee in California to learn the plumbing trade and develop skills in product delivery, warehousing, customer service, and sales.

The role includes early mornings, weekday hours, and occasional Saturdays, with a path to advancement within the company and a focus on building strong relationships with contractors and customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Desire to provide exceptional customer service and build business relationships.
• Desire to advance within the Company.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check.

Responsibilities

• Learn the plumbing trade while performing delivery driving.
• Assist in warehousing tasks and inventory handling.
• Provide excellent customer service and support sales activities.
