Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. in Naples seeks a Branch Manager to lead the Crosspointe location’s retail growth and profitability. You will coach staff, drive sales, uphold exceptional service, and ensure efficient branch operations.

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of Branch Manager at our Naples, FL - Crosspointe branch!

Description:

The Branch Manager oversees the branch’s retail growth and profitability. They are responsible for maximizing sales/production by coaching and developing staff, establishing and upholding legendary customer service, controlling expenses, coordinating the efforts of staff to ensure that functions are completed effectively, and all other various tasks involved in the overall operation of the branch.

Education/Experience Preferred:
