Job summary

Charter Oak Federal Credit Union is seeking Branch Managers for the Niantic and Montville branches. The role requires motivating and coaching staff, meeting branch sales and service goals, and building external relationships to grow business.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, customer service and sales skills, energy, enthusiasm, and a track record of leadership in a credit union or financial institution. This position is based at the Niantic and Montville branches in Connecticut.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to meet assigned sales goals on a consistent basis.
• Ability to lead, observe and coach staff to attain sales and member service goals.
• Minimum of three years’ management experience in member service area of a credit union or financial institution.
